Warrior + Centennial = Ruination

I brewed up a clone of Stone Ruination IPA tonight, kind of spur of the moment.

The recipe called for magnum as the bittering hop but all I could get my hands on were warrior. They definitely seem up to the task at 16.4%. We’ll see how it turns out.

is it mean to say your beer supplies look like rabbit food?

Hops may look like rabbit food but they smell fantastic. I learned on wikipedia that wild hops are also relished by cows, horses, goats, sheep, and pigs.
